Find All-inclusive Hotel in South Island

"Everything was amazing, the views, the service, the room, the general set up and pool area was nice too. We really our stay. Maybe there was a damp musty smell as you opened the door but that went away immediately once inside. Hard to know if it was carpet around the door entrance but no bother once inside room. The resort went the extra mile to help me see clients in a meeting room which i appreciated and all the management and staff were helpful and friendly. "

"Good stay with a couple of exceptions. Price list for in room snacks was in the drawer. We opened the small bottle of wine left by the coffee maker thinking it was complimentary and then discovered it was actually $40. We would have appreciated to have the list posted visibly. Gym was very small so we skipped it. There was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night and we received no communications/instructions from staff. "Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Ate at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. Staff were lovely. Room was spacious. Only downfall was the hill to get to the accommodation. We felt like we needed to drive down to the main area of Queenstown, and parking in Queenstown is not great and all paid. Parking at the hotel is a first come first served basis and basically luck of the draw. This could be better managed."
