"This was the first time I’ve ever stayed in a hostel, and I had such a wonderful experience, I’m definitely going to do it again. First, I LOVE the jailhouse theme! It was so cute and made me feel right at home. Second, it was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed in five star hotels that were not that clean! The cells were small and spartan (as they should be since it’s a jail!), but the beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen stuff, and I had my own bin in which...

"Wonderful place in the heart of the CBD! It's just half a block from the bus station, making it super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend! The cleaning staff could use some improvement. Our room was cleaned late in the afternoon when we had already returned, and the towels weren’t changed daily. On one occasion, they took the used towels but forgot to replace them. Hopefully, this can be addressed for a smoother experience."

"First impression upon check-in, greeting lacks warmth, appeared to be untrained in hospitality - or may be just can’t be bothered kind of attitude. Check out staff was someone else with laissez fair attitude. Staff were not rude. Property was spacious with steep stairs to upper level. Bathroom upstairs, shower closet/corner can only fit a child. Both bathrooms have heated tiles and water pressure was very good. There were children or a child next door who frequently run/stomp creating noise...
