"This hotel was wonderful. Very clean and modern hotel. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in they have a great attitude. The room itself is very spacious and nice. Everything is updated in the shower is amazing. This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at."

"A gorgeous new hotel in a great location downtown, about a block from Michigan Avenue. Staff is attentive and helpful, excellent service and care. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed- rows and rows of hot, tasty, high quality fresh food and constantly refreshed. Like nothing I have ever seen and so appreciated before a full day in the city. I would most definitely stay here again."

"Everything about the hotel was outstanding. From the moment that we got taken care of by the bellhop, to the check-in process, to the room, was outstanding. My only complaints… the valet parking can be a bit slow, and costs $80 per night. Although the valet people are very kind. And second, the restaurant has good food, however, breakfast plates average $30 each, and despite the high-quality, it just doesn’t make any sense to eat breakfast there.
