"Beautiful resort. Staff was amazing. The only problem we had is they gave us a king bed on the first night. And we had reserved 2 double beds. It was inconvenient to have to change rooms the next day. But other than that, it was a great vacation."

And when things get complicated or whether there was a mixup, the staff literally goes out of the way to resolve as best as they can. The bottom line is this is a big bang for your buck and a huge deposit for your memory bank!
