"Grand Sirenis has the staff ever! in guest services Karen, Juan and Erik went over and beyond to help out on a couple issues we had. not to mention the manager Edgar P. He was a million places at once. He assisted with our restaurant reservations and helped my mom out when she slipped. This team is definitely a caring and thoughtful group. we also had phenomenal service from Merwin at the Butcher restaurant. very attentive. i will be coming back in march to visit all my favorite staff! Since my last stay 3 years ago, this resort has been completely renovated and updated. The food is top notch now and there are so many fine dining options. There is tons of comfortable seating everywhere. The lobby bar makes the best espresso martinis as well. There is also a lunch at the beach daily, they cook ribeye steaks, chicken, chorizo and much more. it’s so fresh and seasoned to perfection. i could go on and on but we will be back. "

"Great resort for the family. Enjoyed the pools at Tulum, and the beach shared by Coba / Akumal. Buffet is one of best we have been to ever. Would have been nice to get an al a carte every night, but restricted to 3x for a weeks stay. Entertainment was very good, however, paying extra for their better shows feels wrong at an all inclusive."

"This was our 3rd visit in 12 months and every stay for us just gets better. Tony and his staff are very attentive to requests and the communication through whats up makes food and cocktails delivered to your room or the beach chairs fast and convenient. We stayed in the 1 bedroom beachfront condo - very large and a huge comfy bed! His staff clean the rooms whenever you need them replacing towels, changing sheets and tidying up the entire condo - this condo is about 1200 square feet which gives you an idea of the size. Next door ( literally walk over in the sand in your bare feet) is the Bikini Beach bar and grill run by the same family who owns Villas de Rosa - music in the day and lots of laughter and people to chat with. My husband and I along with our grown children used the kayaks and paddled to the reef - crystal clear warm water to snorkle in too. The vibe here is well balanced - quiet and private when you want and social and busy if you are in the mood to socialize next door. Nothing is ever too noisy as the beach bar closes at 9 pm and the live music is in the afternoons. Could never hear any of it in the condo. Nice sized TV and loads of seating in the sunken living room - wifi worked incredibly- never an issue. Oh and LOTS of hot water in the shower. This is our go-to place when we vacation - if you decide to visit say hello to Tony and have a nice cold cervesa on the beach for me. "
