"It was a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone had a smile and was super friendly. The food was great. I was never able to get a reservation for the italian restaurant as it was super booked. But all the other restaurants were tasty. My only complaint was the housekeeping directly related to my room. The first night i had no remote. Also the complimentary bottle of water was opened/used. On subsequent nights i received no replacement washclothes, and they would leave various items...

"The hours of alcohol services we limited unlike other resorts in the area. The additional fee for room service was not great. Especially when the hours of some of the restaurants were odd.
