"My husband and I stayed for a week with 2 other couples. Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and updated. Food at the buffet is what you would expect. Couldn’t get bookings for our group of 6 into the Teppanyaki tables. All other restaurants were good. In my opinion the Italian one was the best!! Front desk was a bit annoying calling us every day and wanting us to come down to claim our “resort coupons“. Kept telling them we were not interested but they would not leave us alone...

Con respecto a las instalaciones hay detalles que se pueden mejorar, pero a grandes rasgos me parecieron en buen estado y muy lindas. El buffet "El Palmar" me pareció bastante bueno con platillos deliciosos y un gran servicio del personal, solo estaría bien si todos los platillos llevaran su nombre ya que en algunos no sabía que era. "The biggest issue i had with this hotel was the karaoke I could not hear nothing not my family nor the front and there was some drunk singers I could hear them from my room which was in the third floor the hotel was also extremely outdated but I loved the fact that the beach and ocean were very close to my room which was nice."
