"Swim up pool room was outrageous! Property was clean and well taken care of! Staff we all very caring and very personal. Only knock I had which is super picky is all the restaurants food selections were limited and everything we ate needed more seasoning. It was all pretty bland. The entertainment director there needs a raise! The events were fun, creative, and kept us coming back for more! "

"This property is a bit pricey compared to other all-inclusives, so we had expected much more. To sum up, food was generally good, but not fabulous all around. We probably had 1 great sandwich and that was it. Drinks were better than the food. Service was very good mostly with the exception of the supervisor during our check-in. "Beautiful resort. One of my favorites in Mexico. Food is good, great service, entertaining…Beach is great too. Few things I didn’t like: No privacy door to the bathroom, it’s such an inconvenience when traveling with family. Not only there is no privacy when taking a shower, but it also doesn’t prevent noise or light coming out the bathroom when someone uses it at night. Second: I do not recommend manicure services at their spa. My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to mani/pedi, and...

"The weather wasn’t great the entire week, so we didn’t get the true experience of a tropical vacation- no fault of the resort. The beach was gorgeous with a close by bar and plenty of seating. The pool was nice, but beach chairs were snapped up early and the staff didn’t really help out with this. Drinks and food were readily available. "Beautiful resort. One of my favorites in Mexico. Food is good, great service, entertaining…Beach is great too. Second: I do not recommend manicure services at their spa. My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to mani/pedi, and the job they did was laughable. I didn’t make a big fuss, it is what it is, but please know the quality is not there. Especially for the price they are charging. I probably would of filled and polished my nails way better myself. Other than those couple of things, everything was great. We certainly be back. "
