"After reading some of the reviews we were considering cancelling but I’m sure glad we didn’t! Check in was easy, the room was simple but had everything we needed and most importantly had a terrific view and great air conditioning! We were 2nd floor beach front and wow what a way to start the day!!! The hotel was a little noisy at night (but not the hotel itself, it was from a nearby beach volleyball tournament and locals playing boom boxes on the beach haha). I’d say it was reliably quiet from 11:00pm-7:00am which was pretty much our normal sleep schedule so no issue for us. If I had my young kid and baby on the trip it would have been a problem however we didn’t so was a great hotel! Great location, walkable everywhere and safe. Free breakfast was a hot egg or French toast breakfast with coffee and was right on the beach patio. Not a five star hotel but for the price i would definitely recommend!! "

"The WiFi was in & out but I’m glad we had out Verizon cellular travel package. The hotel was basically right on the beach! Location was AMAZING! Definitely recommend 👍"

"I loved the way the rooms were built around a central courtyard of trees and seating areas. The white of the surface walls was warm and welcoming. The property had the calm and comfort of an older property — the taste of an older property — I do not at all mean ‘older’ in the sense of dated. The full and large bookcase in the lobby was a pleasure to see. I had good help in arranging a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and immediate response to a change in arrival that I had to make. Thank you for being such a special place — an oasis even though so close to the activity of 5th Avenue. "

"This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was courteous and went beyond to suggest restaurants and places to shop off 5th Avenue. The morning breakfast on their outside patio was peaceful and lovely. Michele was a wonderful resource. We were only there one night but would love to stay longer the next trip."
