"This boutique hotel is half a block from the beach and half a block from Quinta Avenida which is a lively walkable street, full of shops and restaurants. The street is pedestrian only and it has a lot of action. In the hotel we received an excellent service from Nellye and Lizzy at the reception. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Communication was poor before arrival. Comments said front desk closed at 6:00 pm and I was arriving close to midnight. I sent several messages to them before I got a clear answer that there was a front desk clerk 24 hours a day. Also, I had booked a room with picture of a fridge, but they told me in comments no rooms had fridges. I had one after all. Comments did not explain to you that there is an elevator too."

"I gotta say this is the best little hotel in Playa Del Carmen. It's a sweet little secret of a spot! It's close to EVERYTHING, the main street (Quinta Avenida), the beach, the bus station, pick up spots for tours, convenience stores, and tons of tasty local food. "I had spotty wifi throughout the stay. The staff was quick and helpful in resolving it initially, but the problem persisted. The room was okay. There was a mini fridge that didn't work, a coffee maker but no coffee or any coffee apparatus. The door was hard to lock and unlock without pushing it. The staff made up for the few things that didn't work in the room. They were pleasant and always helpful. Great location, but noisy. Not what you want if peace and quiet is what you're looking for....
