"I really enjoyed the view. I had the balcony ocean view room. The balcony was 30 feet away from the beach. It was a spectacular view. The beach was well maintained with soft white sand. Very enjoyable. It was worth every penny based on that alone. There are some reviews that mention deficiencies. They are mostly right. There is a night club next door and the music can be quite loud. The facility is older and a bit run down. The room was not especially clean. None of these issues bothered me and I really enjoyed my stay. Would absolutely stay in this this room again. Keep in mind this is not a luxury hotel so the view and the beach is the highlight. It's also in the heart of downtown Playa Del Carmen and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Good location for anyone interested in the night life."

"My room was really good, the bed comfortable and with a sea view. It is perfectly situated just beside the beach and very central in Playa del Carmen. Nicolas helped me when the remote control for the aircondition did not work, and he has a very nice attitude and knows service. Thank you. Workers did a good job with plants around the pool area and the elevator was fixed my last day. I had wished a more healthy breakfast, but that is very personal.
