"The hotel was very well located. The pool and all the shared areas were very clean (the cleaners worked tirelessly). The rooms were a good size. The towel policy was a bit difficult (i.e. you had to leave ID, which seems weird since they already had your information including credit card info. Also, their policy on sheet changes was draconian, i.e. we stayed a week. Mid week, my daughter asked for a sheet change and was told the cost would be 700 pesos which is almost $50. This seems excessive...

"This is no Hilton. But it's an affordable and cozy place to stay. Walkable distance to 5th av and the beach. If you go to Playa Del Carmen or any of the cities in the Riviera Maya you should be more time outside exploring the beauty of the beaches, cenotes and parks than in your hotel. "

"Este hotel es muy bueno ea un hotel con las 3b. Aparte que las habitaciones es como si estuvieras en tu propio condo y el precio es increiblemente bueno. Tambien esta contiguo a la 5ta avenida y tienes la playa a pasos. El parqueo es first come firat served perp esta preciosisimo! Me fascina y el desayuno esta incluido lo cual es un plus. "

"Loved this hotel it was literally right beside the beach and less then a minute walk to Quintano 5th avenue . The service was very good - AC was great - extremely clean - staff was excellent - I went for a swim at 8am and the beach was to myself - from my balcony at the hotel i was able to see and hear the sounds of the waves"
