Clean rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant options and food. Free transportation to all Princess properties which was nice surprise specially if you dont rent a car, that makes the experience even more comfortable and safe for guests staying here.

I loved the place the only complain I have is that the room that states it’s for 4 people is not for 4 people beds are too small. Smaller than a kid bed. Uncomfortable to sleep in.

Gated area with someone at the gate. Staff was extremely nice & helpful. Very clean. Nice rooms & views. Buses that go to the beach every 30 mins. We did most likely get a room that was reserved for otjers, as there was a random piece of cake in our room, that was meant for someone else. Besides staff not knowing why that was in our room, we have a very pleasant stay!

En general la propiedad me gusta, la alberca con olas. Sin embargo esta estancia fue terrible, no había toallas limpias en la zona de albercas, el transporte del club de playa al hotel, fue terrible porque había mucha gente y no logran atender la demanda. El servicio de check in igual fue muy lento, había mucha gente en espera

Después de que hicimos check-in posterior a la hora indicada, nos entregaron tarde la 2da habitación y cuando bajamos a preguntar a qué hora nos entregarían la habitación faltante nos dijeron que habían recibido instrucciones de gerencia que teníamos que salir del hotel un día antes de lo ya reservado y pagado debido a que tendrían a un grupo grande y necesitaban las habitaciones y espacios libres y que nos llevarían a otro hotel, nos opusimos al cambio ya que eso lo tuvieron que tomar en cuenta y pedimos nos recompensaran con algún descuento o beneficio, pero jamás le dieron seguimiento y un día antes de nuestro check-out me llega mensaje que tenía que realizar mi salida al cual nos negamos ya que jamás nos confirmaron que se haría y que beneficio obtendríamos, finalmente nos dijeron que nos podíamos quedar pero la verdad ya no fue el mismo sentir.
