"Zona Romantica is our favorite part of Puerto Vallarta. Hotel was wonderful, we stayed for 2 nights in the suite on the 6 floor . This is very good size room with a balcony and ocean view. The hotel surrounded by a bunch of great restaurants. "

"Definitely 4.5 star! Great location for bars, bus, stores, pharmacy, taco trucks, restaurants, and more. Only a few blocks from the Malecon too. It’s noisy tho, but we wanted a room with a balcony, so we expected it. The wifi was quite poor in the room, bringing the rating down. Although we were in PV for a holiday, we still needed connectivity with work, etc. good wifi in the lobby, excellent on the near-rooftop patio! Great pool too btw. Thank you ! "

"Pools were nice, the infinity pool was a bit cool but it was almost always empty so i had the pool to myself, that was great. The usual issue that every resort has, people leaving stuff on pool chairs to reserve them and you do not see anyone in them for hours. This makes it difficult to get chairs anywhere in the pool area. Rooms where good we booked 2 rooms for 7 people, both rooms were good. Beds where very good. It would have been nice if the rooms would have had a small fridge. Staff was good. I would stay there again. Good value."
