"What a beautiful property! It’s a perfect relaxing spot right in front of the arches. It’s immaculately clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I got a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommended. The food on property was very good too. I will definitely return soon. "

"We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction. Tried reaching out to the owner, they finally got back to me and their only reply back was they could move me to another room but it didn’t matter because construction was going on all over the property...

"The resort and rooms are beautiful and modern. The service and staff were excellent. This property selects your room when you arrive so you are not getting a specific room. We were told that the timeshare people who VRBO the units are not guaranteed an ocean view even if that is what they bought. We understood the unit was an ocean view and it was not. We were originally placed in the back of the property on the ground level where the balcony overlooked air conditioners and power boxes. We...

"Sunset, it’s a wonderful and unique resort. Golf cart transportation was excellent and fun. All the staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that beds are not comfortable. Cabo Charlie was a great host, communication was great and helpful for first time to Sunset. Charlie also graciously gave us a free night. Overall a wonderful time and lots of options for food and activities. We will be back!"
