"We absolutely loved staying at this amazing property. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The maintenance guy was amazing, so sorry I didn't get his name. We had a hot water issue and he resolved it quickly and checked in with us. Getting chairs and an umbrella at the beach wasn't always accessible. My suggestion would be to set up three areas every morning knowing your guests will use them without having to request that service. "

At first, I booked it for two nights because I wanted to see how the service was, but it exceeded all my expectations, and I decided to extend my stay while I was in Puerto Vallarta. Clean, fresh towels, a comfortable bed, clean sheets, a bright space, water, coffee, very cozy, and the service was amazing. The cleaning staff were very friendly, it’s close to the beach and to restaurants. I thought the price was excellent for how good I felt staying there....

"I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a quirky slightly rundown place that has perhaps seen better days. But it has character. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The views are amazing. It’s a bit noisy, so keep that in mind. The penthouse restaurant was very enjoyable. The pool is small and cold, but you can still do laps. great deal for the money. I would stay again "
