"Everything outside and inside the structure is a mess; dirty, smelly, with stuff piled up everywhere. We were so "lucky" to have the best room; a room that smelled of cat's urine. The fan was broken, so the air conditioning and the main light didn't work. The pillow were smelly. Breakfast is poor, if you have the chance to have it. In fact the day we finally left, the owner didn't show up even if he was supposed to serve breakfast starting from 7:30. We were in a hurry, and we've been stuck for...

"Very quiet place with unbeatable views of the volcano! Only wish the jacuzzi was hotter. We tried all three and they were barely warm. We also booked a massage and facial but they just rubbed ridiculous amounts of oil on us. However, the food was delicious in the morning. I definitely recommend booking the romantic dinner! The experience was out of this world!! 10/10"

"Property is very nice. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain so the hot springs were flooded and closed. The pools at the hotel were mildly warm, but not what you expect from a 5-star hot spring resort."

Extra spacious rooms. Interior was a bit dated and not the comfiest beds. No mini fridge. Loved the private jungle view outdoor porch and Jacuzzi tub "
