"Watching the sunrise each morning from the covered patio was wonderful. It was nice to have the ocean breeze keep you cool in “the Heights”. The pool is a real plus! We enjoyed visiting with and meeting others from the New England area of the US as well as Montreal and Toronto Canada. Santiago, the caretaker, is very nice. We appreciated his emptying the trash and providing fresh linens and towels mid week,"

"If you are looking for a spectacular view and privacy, this is your place. We've been vacationing for 30 years and this was the best view we've ever had. It's very private as well. The dipping pool is awesome but if you rent the Casita you can't swim in the regular pool at the adjacent house. The bed was comfy and the bath fine. The kitchen is outside and that makes it interesting but we did fine with it. Birds weren't that plentiful but plenty of lizards and hearing the howler monkeys barking...

"We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"When you can have a house with 180 degree views from the ocean to the mountains, it’s amazing. Casita Cole was the perfect house to bring my wife, my oldest son and his future wife. Edgar was the perfect manager showing us everything about the house, getting us beach chairs and yoga mats. Having a small pool was really refreshing in the morning and when you come back from a long day of excursions and at the beach. The house is roomy, kitchen is well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable....

"This was an absolutely breathtaking place to stay at. A place where you could just spend all day in the house and be totally content. Amazing views! We just spent a lot of time getting rid of little critters and bugs. The host gave a very well detailed message the day we booked this VRBO about the property, which made checking in and finding the house easy. "On the property lives 2 roosters which are very loud (and beautifull). And you have to feed them otherwise they will scream non stop. They start to beg for food around 4 am. Plus there is no hot water in sinks which makes living very uncomfortable (no dishwasher as well). If you want to have a nice shower - forget about it! Showers have electrical warmers and you have to use small water presser to make it work. We got no hot water in both bathrooms when we arrived. Later shower was fixed in...

"We got to the property, in the dark, many hours later than we expected and were greeted by two wonderful hosts! Guida and John were exceptionally kind, more than willing to share their suggestions of places to visit and making us feel immediately at home and welcome! The studio was perfect for us. "Driving to the property is about 95% paved road which is great. The property is plenty large for parking. The view of the ocean is the best every day. The home is very cute and comfortable, everything needed to accommodate is provided. 1 and a half bath with AC unit in the upstairs bed room. It can get pretty cold with the door closed. No one bothers you at all. Local Restaurants and stores are available. The beach is about 3/4 miles from home. Also has washing machine if needed."
