"This place is top of the heap!! I have stayed at lots of quality resorts and this one is on top of the list.. check in was easy, room was awesome, food and restaurants were great and plentiful. You can get a golf cart to shuttle you around or walk.. the property is beautiful and has three resorts to wander thru to eat, get coffee, jump in the thermal baths, or go to one of their three spas.. its a must try and the people are also awesome!! "

Though property has excellent amenities like pools, bar, restaurants, and hots springs, the actual rooms are very old and dated. Many issues with room itself. Floors and bath rooms are stained and looks dirty due to lack of maintenances. "We really loved the location and staff at this hotel - the view is BEAUTIFUL over-looking the lake and was the highlight of the hotel and they've created cute decks in front of each room which are nice to relax on.
