"Very Nice staff"

"I stayed at Selina/Socialtel San Jose for about a week until the 28th of January 2025 and my Spirit Animal for the stay was a Sloth because I did mostly nothing in the morning, then took a rest in the afternoon. One might not think this a feasible feat in a city such as San Jose. But, I accepted the challenge and made good on it. Mae, aquí pulseándola! "Nice clean place with friendly staff, with a pool by the forest, a quiet spot for yoga/meditation/massage, and paths in the forest where we saw squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws. The pool has a few missing tiles but, apart from that minor thing, everything else was nicely kept and clean."

"Fue una gran estancia! El lugar es muy hermoso y cómodo a pesar de ser un Hostal, las chicas que trabajan ahí son muy atentas y coordiales. Cuenta con todo lo que necesitas si quieres cocinar, pero cerca está la calle principal con supermercados y restaurantes."

"If you want the best accommodation in Costa Rica then stay here. They were so friendly and kind. And the place itself was paradise in the trees. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Don’t hesitate to stay here because they are wonderful people providing a wonderful stay. "

"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms.
