We had dinner at the sushi place and main restaurant, both were excellent. Even though the hotel was sold out it did not feel like that at all. We had some of the hot spring pools to our selves, which was so nice after hiking and exploring the area. "

"Firstly the staff are impeccable. They will try their best to accommodate you and are constantly working to keep the facilities in great shape. The only issue I had was with the restaurant bookings. You expect to at least try all the restaurants they have on site, but they give you an app that shows no time slots available for next 3 days. Apparently there is some Star pass which gives people access to these reservations so people like us who booked through hotels.com are out of luck. "
