"This house really has a great location. It's all about location. Within walking distance to most things of interest. The host was easily reached and responded quickly to any inquiries. We would love to stay there again, IF they got a new bed. We found to bed to be quite uncomfortable as it was lumpy. Not a solid supportive bed. Actually was sore from sleeping in the bed."

"Great location within walking distance to downtown Gainesville. Large clean room with comfortable bed and charming decor. Fabulous breakfast and wonderful staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future."

"Great condo right on the beach. Unit was sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. Lovely balcony for morning coffee. Various coffee shops, and restaurants within a short drive. We enjoyed playing tennis and walking on the gorgeous beach. "

"I would love to give them 5 star but a few things prevent that. The TV was small in comparison to the room. The channel selection was limited. My biggest issue was the shower. It took a long time to get the water hot and then it would go cold during the shower. The location couldn't be better. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Ellie was a very gracious hostess. The breakfast was great. The place could really use a deep cleaning. Overall a great 4 star experience "

"Very nice place. Great food, friendly atmosphere, I did reserve a room with a king bed and it was a queen bed. How ever I did not say anything bc it was not a big deal to us and it was a last minute reservation. "
