You get what you pay for. It was a cheep stay, that came with breakfast. Pool area was ok. Room was nice. Floor was a bit dirty, noticed that my feet were dirty after walking around barefoot. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of things. There was a tourist trolley that took you in to St Augustine. Or it’s a 10 min drive. Beach was 2 min walk. Selection of restaurants within a 15 min walk from hotel. Ice cream shop across the street. Parking cost $5 a night, which was a bit odd given I imagine most guests need to park.

Upon entering the room, there was a very harsh clean smell that did not dissipate. There was hair all over the bathroom floors. It was disgusting. There is also construction and no mention of that during booking. Despite the seaside name, this is not seaside. They remodeled the bathroom but did not install towel hooks so there is not place to hang up a towel. Will not stay here again.

Everything was great except for a clogged bathtub and the noise from above this morning way before check out they were putting together a bed upstairs and was quite noisy for 830am

Breakfast is nothing to brag about. No garbage can by coffee. Lobby floors are extremely slippery, so be careful, even if they are dry. Chairs by pool are nice looking, but they are wood and hard as a rock to sit on or lay on. Bathroom door is a sliding barn door with zero privacy. Whoever was the designer for this renovation did not think things out at all. Not a bad place, but wanted to share my observations.

No serious complaints…for the price
Decent, and has had some recent remodeling, but could be so much better with just a few tweaks. Housekeeping only made our bed and emptied trash. No towel exchange (for a beach hotel no less), no tissue replacement even though we made it obvious that we were out. Dead bug on the bathroom floor was still there when we returned to our room after being gone all day. Super low toilet height. Low shower water pressure.
