"Really enjoyed our stay at CC. Didn't know what to expect and was mildly surprised at what a great spot this is. Located right on the banks of the St. Johns, it quiet and very lush outside. The meal service is Very good, with the serving staff top notch. The rooms are old school with antique's, etc., but not here to stay in the room. Will be back! "

"We spent Thanksgiving week at the condo with our shih tzu. The unit was very clean and came with everything needed to spend a week there. The location is on the 1st floor with a beautiful view of the ocean, and a ramp to get to the ocean. Summer Beach community is in a very quiet area, and easy to get to the trails for walking, as well as shopping. We would definitely stay there again!"

"This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide...
