"We had an issue with the heat, it was very cold in the room. It took quite a while to fix but it did eventually get fixed. However the temperature was either too hot or too cold, we never found a comfortable setting. The service and everyone we came in contact with was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. "

"Beautiful hotel. The restaurant, sauna, and fitness room were under construction when we were there. But the rooms were quiet. The outdoor pool and hot tub looked great and the beach is just down the street. The hotel was quiet. The staff was nice too. The only odd thing was that our room’s lamps were bright white harsh bulbs instead of the soft warm yellow bulbs you usually get. That was a surprise, but overall the start was very pleasant and it’s perfectly situated on St. Augustine beach and just 15 minutes from the historic district. "
