"The staff was very nice but unclear about having to recheck in when we decided to stay another night. Cane in from beach to find key not working. Wouldn’t give new key until I showed ID - all of which was in my room. Luckily I found a pic of my license on my phone. Bed needs to be replaced. Pool area is very uninviting. Needs shrubs or a high fence. "

"For the price, you can’t beat it here. The room was clean and the staff were friendly! Our room did have a strong smell from the cleaner that bothered me. But I am glad it was clean! Parking was $20 a night- annoying as their is plenty of parking and there shouldn’t be a charge. The shuttle was really convenient! "We were switched from one of the villas to the Omni Hotel. This was an upgrade because we had an ocean front room. The room was nice, but the resort nickled and dimed us to death which annoyed me. We had to pay $40 a day for valet parking at the hotel or $25 a day to self park in an inconvenient lot. If I have to self park, then the parking should be free. We ended up using the valet because it was a pain to use the garage. I expected a little more from the room itself. The shower leaked and the...
