"For the most part our stay was good. It was a very busy hotel, and the pool was nearly impossible to use. It’s a rather small pool and it was packed with small children. Not the hotels fault, but disappointing that we couldn’t use it. Our bathroom shower was not clean and had a lot of hair in it when we arrived. Breakfast was decent. "I liked being in walking distance to Millennium Park, Maggie Daley Park, and plenty of restaurants. But it was difficult to figure out which parking garage I was supposed to use -- it's about a block away from the hotel. I ended up in a different self-park, which worked out OK in the end, but this did cause some stress. Breakfast staff was very nice but for the price point we felt there should've been a couple more options in the buffet."
