We had a generous sized double queen and though located pretty much right next to the elevator we were not disrupted by noise. "

"It’s an old hotel, so know that going in. However, the room (I assume it wasn’t just my room) could really use a make over and still keep the charm. Some of the fixtures were pretty banged up too like the light switches and outlets. The phone cable plate was just hanging out of the wall. The location is great, it was surprisingly quiet for being downtown. Didn’t use parking or dine at the restaurant so can’t comment there.
