The room itself is very spacious and nice. Everything is updated in the shower is amazing. This is one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at."

"Everything about the hotel was outstanding. From the moment that we got taken care of by the bellhop, to the check-in process, to the room, was outstanding. My only complaints… the valet parking can be a bit slow, and costs $80 per night. Although the valet people are very kind. And second, the restaurant has good food, however, breakfast plates average $30 each, and despite the high-quality, it just doesn’t make any sense to eat breakfast there. The dinner prices are fair, for being at a nice Chicago restaurant, but the breakfast is really a surprise when you look at a $30 charge for two scrambled eggs and some potatoes. But the facility and service is 10/10. Will be back for sure. "
