"When I arrived I got checked in with no issues I had a one bedroom king no issues there only thing I didn’t like was I needed to leave by 4am got told they don’t open valet till 5am so I made a exception to stay but only for me to be told in about 10 min called twice more just for them to say by this time it’s 530am it’s been ready it’s across the street I was never told that I had to come over and pick it I dropped it off in from of the hotel"

"I enjoyed my stay! Quiet, clean, a wonderful staff, and a pleasant experience overall. I had an unexpected travel delay and the staff were more than willing to assist me, which I will always appreciate. The view from the top floor is nice as well! "

"Cool funky hotel. Music vibe, and decor, rooms were clean, good size, good view. Close to a lot of what we were doing. Lots of dining options walkable. "

"Location was excellent for a chicago winter downtown. Lots of options for shopping, site seeing, second city, RH Cafe, lincoln Zoo. Stayed in a larger room, very clean and nice bathroom. "

"The staff was friendly. Made sure my stay was comfortable. The room was decent for the price . The only downsize was the bathroom area. It’s more of a barn style and there really isn’t any privacy . There is a curtain to close off the view from the room to shower . The side door closes from closet to bathroom. Overall it’s a nice room . If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay . "

"The property was in the perfect location and was very clean. My only complaints was the bed was very stiff and the room was very hot and we could not get it to cool down at all, even with the thermostat to off it was 77 degrees in the room."
