"The Gwen is located in a fantastic location with easy access to so many iconic Chicago locations. The vibe was hip and casual with an iconic Moet & Chandon vending machine in the lobby! We had a generous sized double queen and though located pretty much right next to the elevator we were not disrupted by noise. "

"The property is absolutely nice. However very small, the only option to grab a bite and drink in the hotel is available after 5pm. They do have an option of a grab & go stand in the lobby with like a muffin & coffee. There is an option for room service from a neighboring restaurant via online ordering. I asked for a bottle of champagne to come to my room prior to my arrival and that did not happen. But it was made up by a $50 credit so they do own up to their reputation. Beware as only...

"Property was nice clean and we loved the coffee shop in the lobby. Our room also had an awesome view. Wish there were some late night snack options like vending machines or a small convenience store but other than that no complaints. Would visit again. "
