The main strength of this rental is it’s ridiculous proximity to Kyoto Station. It’s a 2 minute walk if you’re slow. All three beds are Asian style, very firm. The shower/bath area is Asian style. "This a apartment with double-story , as standard in Japan (especially in Tokyo) the apartment is not big but Ok for 10pax of us. Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour. "Excellent location - short walk to Kyoto station, 2 large shopping malls and a laundrette just around the corner. Reasonable cooking facilities but not enough room for 2 people to pass in this galley (to reach the hand basin and shower). In reality that was not much of a problem. Good WiFi. We would certainly stay here again."

"I wanted a traditional Japanese experience for my birthday and this was all around fantastic! My only fault was arriving late in winter and it took awhile for the heating to warm up the place (I'm from a tropical climate so it's much colder here for me)."
