"Beautiful property designed for a good refresh. So glad I stayed here and took advantage of the bath with a garden view. Staff was extremely helpful; my credit card got frauded and I had to get a replacement. The staff was extremely helpful in navigating the postal system for me. Quiet neighbourhood near the Imperial palace with beautiful parks and a nice break from the chaos of other tourist areas."

"We booked in here on a short trip to Kyoto where we wanted an authentic local experience but didn’t have time to travel out into the rural regions. This was the perfect place. "It was a nice stay if you want to stay somewhere traditional. We stayed for one night ant the guest house and we wanted the experience. The place didn’t feel clean. We saw French fries and napkins on the floor when we checked in. Overall it was a good stay. The bedding was very comfortable. One of the rooms has a green exit sign which was very bright when you go to sleep. "
