Such a beautiful property. Staff were friendly, amenities were plenty, the beds were comfortable breakfast was delicious, and the location was central to everything. So happy to have stayed here during our very first trip to Kyoto.

Centrally located to many eateries, sights and public transit. The breakfast buffet was amazing, highly recommend it. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was super clean and quiet.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Amenities were great and convenient. Location wise I found a little bit inconvenient. If you are in Kyoto to sightsee (going to Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, etc.), there may be better locations to reside in but if you are looking to mostly shop, this is a great location.

This hotel is amazing! Not only clean and quiet and very modern but perfectly positioned close to all of the metro / train stations and hundreds of dinings options. The main road is great and bustling but also take the time to drop back one or two streets and explore the more traditional stores and eateries, it’s like a different city! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

Super convenience place that reach to almost everywhere we need to go. The front desk gentleman is very nice and help me call the taxi and walked me out of the hotel and helped me find the taxi driver. Thank you for the excellent service! Definitely will be back again.🙏
