"The room was clean and quiet. They have the most hard and uncomfortable pillows ever. Every day I turned my bed around and 3 times they turned it back so I had to turn it around again. Other than when we arrived no one ever said irrashaimase or made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good value."

"We would have liked to have a stool in the room. We liked that it was close to Kyoto Station. There are a lot of food options around the hotel and at the station."

"I was told to check in via machine, but my credit cards were not accepted with the machine, ending up with check in again after spending time to stand in line and input info. I wish they would let me to check in at the reception desk from the beginning. "
