"Great customer service by the team at the front desk, very friendly and helpful. Definitely I will come back but if you planning to dine at the hotel the restaurant is HIGHLY overpriced and drinks are awful. Better to go out and enjoy the city and eat & drink better food. "

"The service at The Langham NYC is top-notch!!! Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay. We've now been to Langhams in Chicago, Boston, and NYC. The only minor suggestion is to maybe renew the carpeting and furniture to update the hotel. Thank you for the treats to celebrate my milestone birthday. The location is the best in all of Manhattan. Maybe see you guys next year same time."

"We celebrated our son’s 13th birthday in NYC and booked a last minute room at the Benjamin. We were shocked by how grand the room was! It was an end room with a sleeper sofa, king bed in a separate room, kitchenette, large dining room table, and the best part? A huge terrace where we would sit and feel like we were living in a NYC movie set. It’s now our favorite hotel; the staff was accommodating and rooms were super clean. I wish we could have extended our stay! Perfect location to access...
