Great place to stay if you will be out and about all day in the city. Breakfast is always a perk! Only thing that would need to be adjusted is the heater in the hall ways. As you are waiting for the elevator you are cooking underneath all the layers of clothing you are wearing.

We stayed from 12/26-12/30 and really enjoyed the facility. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very decent and if you didn't want that, there were SOOOO many close choices. Our room was VERY quiet which I really appreciated. You cannot account for your neighbors, but we lucked out in that everyone was quiet. No real noise from the street. My other guests didn't have as much luck. They were on the 10th floor. We were on the 19th floor and extremely satisfied!

Hotel was clean , staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite small but had everything you need. Breakfast area was small but we went early and always had a table. Kids loved the make your own waffles. We also enjoyed the area where you could make hot drinks to take out or sit at the tables. Very central, really close to grand central station.
