Staff were great, room tidied and towels changed when needed. Very welcoming, friendly and respectful. Only slight negative was room, although very comfortable and suitable for our break, room decor slightly tired and in need of upgrade, in our view, this was very minor and in no way impacted our break. We brought our dog and it was a wonderful experience. Got a fantastic upgrade as well. Randolph and Romeo were particularly wonderful as was Sherry. Can't recommend them enough! Love the Fifty Sonesta!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The area was really convenient, we rarely had to use the subway because everything was easy to walk to including the MoMA and Radio City Music Hall. The only issue is it was really noisy outside and hard to sleep… but we were only there for one night so no big deal. Overall I would recommend!

Beautiful property, biggest plus was the large junior apartments rooms. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. On the down side I do not think the facility has air conditioning- we were hot most nights & slept with the windows open which made it loud. Additionally- the warm for a shower is lukewarm at best.

Nice hotel, the only concern is dining options at the hotel. Just a continental breakfast available for 20$. No bars or dining at hotel. Thankfully there are several dining options around. Early mornings not even coffee available.

Great service from staff. Super friendly manager and bellman. The location was very convenient. We literally walked everywhere but the subway was a short distance away as well. Our room was decent sized for the 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 teens. We would definitely stay again.
