I was a bit disappointed staying at the Omni. When I booked we had $25 credit towards dining which no one made us aware of until after we checked out. We had to keep asking for things and reminding them to bring something up. When we asked for a mother blanket the response was “now I have to go back all the way downstairs to get it” When I booked for three no one told us that the extra roll away bed had a charge. Room has no waters or coffee maker. Will not be staying here again. The area around the hotel is very convenient if you’re looking to shop and dine within walking distance.

Great stay for our quick Christmas getaway! Great staff and accommodations. The hotel restaurant was convenient, classy and great food! The only downfall was our over an hour wait for valet to bring our vehicle around when leaving. But its NYC in the thick of the holiday season, busy, busy!

Beautiful hotel, My room came stocked with soap, lotion, fresh towels, wine glasses and other amenities. The staff were professional and respectful. My stay also came with 2 free drink vouchers for the bar and they had free champagne in the lobby for NYE. Fantastic experience and by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York City.

location is tops. This was my third stay and it's always good. It's not cheap but it's good value. Loved the bar -- intimate, bar seating in particular is fun and made new friends there. The bartender Jamil makes an amazIng negroni and is very simpatico. Only suggestion is that they have an in room coffee maker. Really missed that.

The rooms are a good size, and staff was extremely friendly. While Damil was an excellent bartender, the bar/restaurant was otherwise understaffed - and it was very frustrating that it was closed from 11am-5pm with no other options (gift shop etc) to grab food/drinks.
