"I was not as impressed with the first room I was offered. Room 3236. It was dirty and dusty. Stains on the curtains and sofa and one on the bed. Furniture was outdated and really beat up. I asked front desk for a different room shortly after and got room 4037. The room was up to Hilton standards! I was impressed with the cleanliness and spectacular view of the city. This is what I paid for and expected from Hilton. I appreciated the staff and location and the amenities. I will gladly stay here again if I get a room similar to 4037 again "

"To stay at the grand Hyatt was absolutely fantastic. The first time I stayed at the grand Hyatt was in 1984 and since that time it has grown and prospered and is a fantastic place to stay in midtown Manhattan! Located directly above Grand Central Station, there are plenty of dining and shopping options as well as access to anywhere in the five boroughs. "

"The location was perfect for my appointment at NYU Medical Orthopedic (38th bet 1st & 2nd). Parking nearby on Lexington made it easy to walk to the hotel with luggage. The neighborhood has everything you need for meals and services. The hotel is sparkling clean with a very pleasant and attentive staff. My room faced the back of the building overlooking apartment buildings so it was very quiet. I never heard any street noise. My only complaint is no coffee was available at the hotel. Not in room or in the lobby either. "
