Most of the staff servicing at breakfast were lovely but one of the young girls at breakfast did not want to be there and was very unhappy looking. She had long pig tails and was not unpleasant but certainly not a good ambassador for the hotel. "

"Such a clean hotel and of all the hotel beds we have slept in around the world- this bed was up there for comfort. The Atrium bar offered amazing drinks and the views from the rooms were second to none! The breakfast was a little let down- service was amazing- the omelets was undercook and the premade ones freezing cold, other than that we had no complaints."

"From the time we arrived pan pacific is so welcoming and helpful we decided to stay a second night and they gave us a wonderful deal breakfast was wonderful as was our room service and where it is positioned is amazing easy access that impress l have 7 more concerts this year l will be booking to stay thankyou pan pacific Melbourne 😊 "

"The staff throughout the business were fantastic. In house restaurant food for breakfast and dinner dining was outstanding. No need to eat out if you don't want to. Only let down was quality of the towels in the bathroom. Room itself was a great size as was the bathroom. Great bed and heaps of desk space for working if required. Will definately look to stay here again next time we visit."
