"On the first day, Wednesday, there was no concierge or staff attending the entrance though they did the next two days. Reception staff were friendly and processed check-in and che k-out quickly and pleasantly. A bottle of wine was in our room upon arrival, a part of our gold reward. Evening staff checked out the noises in the Junior Suite emanating from other rooms (think it was airconditioning it was very noisy making sleep difficult) They suggested we speak with day staff and have maintenance...

"It is weird the way the hotel keeps $180 as a bond never had that anywhere and it actually comes out of your account and takes days to go back in after you have left . I assume it is the cost of mini bar !!! Would rather not have mini bar"

"Wonderful hotel with amazing staff! Perfect location near Circular Quay and walking distance to the OPT. The room was perfect with plenty of space, great bedding and clean. Breakfast is pricy but the food is amazing with plenty of choice. "
