"This was a great hotel to stay at located on a quiet street with beautiful views of el cerro San Cristobal and the virgin at its peak, plus a nice view of the Sky Costanera (that is just a short walk away). The staff was courteous, professional and so very helpful. Felipe tried to help me with my SIM when I was having issues and was absolutely brilliant, well-intentioned and attentive. The team seems very happy to be working there and are always laughing, humming or singing along to the music....

"Hotel was what is expected for this price range. The room was clean and modern. The staff were helpful and kind. And the location is good, on a nice neighbourhood, close to a subway station and a big mall. The only down side is that the hotel doesn't offer free parking like other hotels in the region. It has an underground parking, but it is a paid parking. They only offer a discount for Accor members."

"Very comfortable hotel with lovely grounds and large pool. Specious rooms, excellent shower, quiet and very clean. Great food in the hotel restaurants. A very enjoyable 4-day stay. Note that the hotel is not centrally located, so it's a taxi ride into town, but it's quiet for that reason. "
