"This is a good hotel to be based on if you have a longer stay in Santiago city. Almost everything you want to see in the downtown area is walkable. The hotel property is not in the best of shape, but it’s not bad either. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - but with limited English skills, so if you have Spanish, you will be even better off."
