"I had a great stay at the ICON hotel. The service was fantastic and the location worked perfectly for the events I was in town for. The only reason I didn’t give my stay fives across the board is because my room had colorful spotlights outside some of the windows that made clicking noises every time they changed color (red, blue, green) all night long. Even with a sleep app I could hear the clicking of the lights changing color. I also thought it was very odd that there was no full body mirror...

"I had a wonderful stay. A short stay but very relaxing and amazing. I had a wonderful bottle of red wine waiting for me in my room. The staff at the front desk were amazing. They were very helpful and attentive. The location was nice close restaurants around. "

"The staff were excellent. The bathroom was a great size and the room was decent. The floors were incredibly creaky. The last two nights there were issues with no electricity/heat and no hot water. The breakfast offerings were not very substantial. While the neighborhood is a little sketchy, it is very walkable to points of interest. I cannot stress how friendly the staff were during our stay, which made up for some of the shortcomings."
