"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. "Check in was challenging. Our luggage was supposed to be moved to our room but wasn’t. We returned from a tour very late and then had to retrieve our bags and get to the room. Our room was neat but dust everywhere. The wood baseboards and the closets and doors were covered in dust. I woke up congested both mornings. "

"Creo que nunca elegi un hotel tan mal, la atencion para ser educado voy a decir que era "poco calida", la habitacion con paredes con humedad, el gel de ducha era shampoo aguado, el lector de tarjeta para entrar a la habitacion falla todo el tiempo.. pero lo peor de todo, el WIFI era inexistente... otros detalles el desayuno era desolador!!! Claramente no lo recomiendo ni volveria.. una lastima porque tiene una excelente ubicacion."
