"We spent 4 nights here for New Years before we flew to Argentina for our Antarctica expedition. It was a good choice as it was convenient to our walking tours and restaurants. "We liked the staff. They were very helpful. We arrived early because of our flight, they offered us coffee and to store our luggage till check in time. After a bit we were offered a room that was ready instead of the room we reserved, we took it and were very happy with it. Thank you for taking care of us. "Good value for money for this category of hotel. Traditional, fairly formal style and a little dark. We were upgraded to superior room and it was large and comfortable as was bathroom although shower was over the bath. We arrived at 10am from an overnight flight and for 50 USD they allowed us to check in straightaway and have breakfast. Decent gym and an indoor pool. Roof top bar which we didn't go to. "The best part of this place is the price & fairly central location. They were also very quick to respond, especially the evening the power went off completely for several hours. The bed is passable, the AC works fine (when there's power), and there was no volume control on the TV. In addition, they forgot to put in furniture, so the only place to sit or eat is the bed (I'm not including a pair of rickety stools). So if you need a place for few nights and are trying to economize, this place will do fine, as you can always walk to the Santa Isabel supermarket nearby and get groceries. "

Very nice hotel

"It’s a very nice hotel but a shady neighbourhood It would be risky to go out in the dark All the business have metal garage door to protect doors and window I did 7 cities in Chile and Santiago is the only place I felt unsafe at night But the hotel is very nice and great staff and good restaurant and great service "
