"Hotel was what is expected for this price range. The room was clean and modern. The staff were helpful and kind. And the location is good, on a nice neighbourhood, close to a subway station and a big mall. The only down side is that the hotel doesn't offer free parking like other hotels in the region. It has an underground parking, but it is a paid parking. They only offer a discount for Accor members."

"Check in was challenging. Our luggage was supposed to be moved to our room but wasn’t. We returned from a tour very late and then had to retrieve our bags and get to the room. Our room was neat but dust everywhere. The wood baseboards and the closets and doors were covered in dust. I woke up congested both mornings. "

"Lovely old hotel in the Lastarria district. I liked the Bahamian vibe in the area. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but enjoyed two dinners at the rooftop bar, which was a great spot. Good breakfast on the day that I had time to have breakfast before going on tours. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Kudos to David. "
