"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros...

"The location is great, very close to a subway station and it had lots of dining options and supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff were nice, and the room was clean. The only issue I had was the size of the room, it's remarkably small and the only place where I could place my suitcase was on the bed, and I slept on the other side. The day I arrived we did not have any internet at all during the whole day, but the issue was solved the day after."
