"The only hotel directly at Santiago airport. Clean. Less than 5 mins walk to airport. Signage to hotel from airport could be better- but this is normal for chile. Expedia states check in is 3pm the venue insisted it’s 4pm. "

"Not Pleased with experience we were assured that it was air cond, the expedia operator assures us that it was air cind. Unable to contact expedia for refund or change of apartment.. TV was not connected we had to ring everyday for access to TV and internet. Air fan was filthy, Iron board was crocked and iron was dangerous wires espoused, no stand for baggage. No shower holding rail for elderly or disable peoples. Toilet seat was loose."

"Location is 10/10 close to a very nice big shopping centre and sky costanero. Very safe and convenient. Train station was just at our door step and we bought Bip card (you need cash to buy tickets) and took Line 1 Red to few attractions. Breakfast was very nice and had variety to please everyone. Only minor issue was that I booked a day trip one day and pick up time was 7 am ,thinking breakfast was at 6:30am as I asked few days before but it turned out to be at 7 am cause it was a Saturday so...
