"Quiet on weekends with limited stores open. Weekdays are ideal, near restaurants, bars, stores, groceries, museums and parks. Staff very accommodating . Pool area is a little run down and balcony furniture would be appreciated . Good value for price."

"Great stay, all according to the details provided by expedia. If I had to complain about something it would be street noise. Hotel is located in a main street, i.e. public tranportation runs all night and that noise is inevitable. Other than that, all was just perfect."

"Nice location. Lots of security which can be a real pain but felt safe. No English at front desk. First room had no working oven and AC was in another room. However, they moved me to another room which was a bit better. There is no housekeeping so my room got pretty gross after 7 days. Also, no blanket on bed, just the cover which i did not know if it was clean. The property manger was very responsive. Close to everything and metro is almost next door. "Tour très sécurisée dans un quartier où il ne FAUT pas sortir après la fin d’après midi. Appartement défraîchi ; chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas ; mitigeur d’eau qui se remet en mode «baignoire » donc douche avec faible débit à une main (l’autre tenant le bouton). Pas très propre. Laverie (1500 pesos le lave-linge ou le sèche linge) à disposition en bas de la tour."

"It was great, the apartment is small but nice for 2 people the only but thing I would say is that during winter time it’s important that the apartment could have a heater inside because there were nights that temperature were 1 degree or even lower so it was really cold, and check the internet at all times because we didn’t have for 2 days while we stayed inside the apartment."

"The best part of this place is the price & fairly central location. They were also very quick to respond, especially the evening the power went off completely for several hours. The bed is passable, the AC works fine (when there's power), and there was no volume control on the TV. In addition, they forgot to put in furniture, so the only place to sit or eat is the bed (I'm not including a pair of rickety stools). So if you need a place for few nights and are trying to economize, this place will...

"Really amazing property. It's in a very safe area, it's super clean, and the food at the restaurant was decently priced/very flavourful. Everyone in our group of 4 were pleased with out stay. The only downside was the pool water being very murky for the first few days of our stay. After we informed the front desk that there was an issue with the water, the quickly fixed it and provided us with complimentary breakfast the next day. If it wasn't for the pool water, I'd give it a 10/10. Shout out to Elias and Katarina for being amazing staff!"

Holiday Inn Santiago - Airport Terminal, an IHG Hotel

Extremely convenient

"This hotel is perfectly positioned just 2 minutes walk from arrivals. The staff are obviously aware that many travellers will be in a hurry to reach their beds and check in was friendly but fast. We were allowed to take our airport trolley to our room. We arrived at 9 and had to leave at 2.45 but managed to get as much sleep as possible. It may seem a bit expensive for such a short stay but the convenience was well worth it"
